PHOTO: Fireworks fundraiser for Chimacum students

From left, Isabella Hasson and Isaiah Kepner, both incoming seniors at Chimacum High School, sell fireworks Wednesday to Keith Curtiss of Port Hadlock at a stand near the corner of Rhody Drive and state Highway 116 in Port Hadlock. The students, including Associated Student Body President Elizabeth Shiflett, will get a percentage of sales for the Class of 2020. Shiflett said between fireworks, Krispy Kreme donut sales and car wash fundraisers, the class hopes to raise $7,000 throughout the year to pay for its senior prom and flowers for graduation.
