Arturo Flores of Sequim has been appointed by Gov. Gary Locke as a Peninsula College trustee.
Gov. Gary Locke appointed Flores to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Barbara Koerber, also of Sequim, who was a college trustee for seven years.
Flores, born in Mexico, is the foreman of production for Graysmarsh Berry Farm of Sequim. He has been employed at Graysmarsh since 1982 and has been foreman since 1989.
