Former North Olympic Peninsula state Sen. Paul Conner, 76, may be sent home from Swedish Medical Center in Seattle as early as today.
Conner entered the hospital last month to undergo triple-bypass heart surgery. The ex-lawmaker was walking the day after the surgery, his son, Kevin, said Monday.
A Democrat, he served the 24th Legislative District from 1977 to 1992. Before that, he served 18 years in the state House of Representatives.
