PORT ANGELES — Peninsula College will offer a two-year criminal justice degree online beginning in the winter quarter.
The program is designed specifically for working men and women, parents and others who are unable to take classes at set times during the day or evening, said Phyllis van Holland, college spokeswoman.
“By taking all course work online, students will be able to fit their studies around their own schedules, choosing the times and places that are most convenient for them,” she said.
The winter online classes will begin Jan. 5.
Also, a new course will be added to the criminal justice curriculum.
“Introduction to Supervision for Law Enforcement” will focus on strength-based leadership, ethics, communications, empowerment, self-control and teamwork.
To register, phone the student services department at 360-417-6340 or visit www.classes.pencol.edu.
