QUILCENE – Every morning, Bob Rosen goes for a jog, making a loop that takes him from his home on Lake Leland out to the highway and back.
While he runs, he makes a list in his head of all the things his community doesn’t have.
But he’s not complaining.
“We don’t have parking problems and we don’t have pollution,” Rosen said.
“We don’t have far to go catch a fish, launch a boat, hike, bike or jog.”
Now, as the new manager of the Quilcene Community Center, Rosen is making a list of what his neighbors do want to have in their town.
