NEWS BRIEFS: Peninsula College board of trustees will meet Feb. 12; OMC awards employee

PORT ANGELES — The Peninsula College Board of Trustees will hold its February meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

The board will meet at 2 p.m. in the Cornaby Center on the Peninsula College Port Angeles campus, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd.

The full agenda will be available 24 hours prior to the meeting at pencol.edu/aboutpc/board/agendas.

OMC awards employee for leadership

PORT ANGELES — Olympic Medical Center recently presented Heather Delplain with its leadership award.

Delplain, the center’s human resources manager, was recognized for overseeing the successful implementation of new human resources software.

Delplain has been employed by Olympic Medical Center since 2003 and has been the human resources manager since last year.
