Mowing delays on state Highway 116 during weekdays

NORDLAND — The Department of Transportation has announced that maintenance crews will be conduction mobile mowing operations along state Highway 116 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Drivers may encounter slow moving vehicles on the roadway during these operations.

According to a press release, the department mows to reduce overgrown vegetation and improve sight distance for drivers.
