Mobile home residential assistance

The Manufactured/Mobile Home Relocation Program offers cash assistance of up to $11,000 to relocate a single wide and $17,000 to relocate a double wide mobile home to eligible homeowners who live in a community that is closing due to a sale of the property.

ROC (Resident Owned Communities) Northwest, which is a program of the Northwest Cooperative Development Center, assists manufactured and mobile home owners in Washington and Idaho purchase the community in which they live, including helping secure financing and forming a cooperative. There are 20 member-owned ROCs in Washington.
