Kitsap Bank hosts shred event to benefit local food banks

Kitsap Bank will host shred events at two of its North Olympic Peninsula branches from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

The fundraisers are set for the bank’s branches at 1320 W. Washington St. in Sequim and 2313 E. Sims Way in Port Townsend.

The public may bring up to 75 pounds of documents per vehicle and is asked to make a cash or check donation to the local food bank.

Donations will benefit the Sequim and Port Townsend food banks.
