PORT ANGELES — Congressman Derek Kilmer will hear from constituents during a town hall meeting at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
The meeting, hosted by the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe, will be at the Elwha Klallam Heritage Center, 401 E. First St. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the listed start time.
Residents of the 6th Congressional District — which includes the North Olympic Peninsula — who are unable to attend in person can join Kilmer on Facebook live at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 10.
The stream will be at www.facebook.com/derek.kilmer. It will be available on Facebook after the event for those who could not join while it was live.
On Saturday, Kilmer also will conduct a town hall meeting in Suquamish at 4 p.m. It will be in the Suquamish Tribal Council Chambers at 18490 Suquamish Way NE.
Town hall meetings will focus on a wide variety of issues and are open to the public.
Kilmer has held town halls in Bremerton, Port Angeles, Quilcene, Tacoma, Belfair, Poulsbo, Kingston, Gig Harbor, Montesano, Westport, Forks over the phone and on Facebook in the 116th Congress.
