Internet basics

PORT HADLOCK — The Jefferson County Library will present “Internet Basics: Internet Privacy” at 2:30 p.m. Friday.

The free class is in the library’s Humphrey Room, 620 Cedar Ave.

Attendees will learn about browsing history, how to open a private browsing window and how to recognize the difference between secure and not secure website addresses.

Later lessons in this series will cover online forms, viruses and email scams.
