Health care decision making presentation slated for Thursday

CHIMACUM — The Jefferson County Democrats will host a presentation on health care decision-making from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.

The program, “Best Kept Secrets that Jefferson County Citizens should know: CHA, SHIBA, JCPH, Information and Assistance, Benefits Check-up, and More” will be presented at the Tri-Area Community Center, 10 West Valley Road.

Speakers will include Heather Gregg, Olympic Area Agency on Aging’s Information and Assistance Program; Al Bergstein, group facilitator for Local 20/20’s Citizens for Healthcare Access; and a representative from Jefferson County Public Health.

The free presentation is open to the public.

The presentation will be followed at 7 p.m. by the Jefferson County Democrats’ regular monthly meeting.
