SEQUIM — The Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic–Sequim Free Clinic will hold its 15th annual Fun Walk and Health Fair from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 14.
The fundraiser will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave.
Registration for the 5K fun walk will begin at 8 a.m., the walk will start at 9 a.m.
The course goes through Carrie Blake Park, the Water Reuse Demonstration Site and part of the Olympic Discovery Trail.
A one-mile alternate route has also been marked.
Pets are welcome, but must be leashed.
The event is free but donations will be accepted.
The annual walk is the clinic’s only fundraiser.
According to a press release, last year’s walk raised more than $38,000 which is approximately 20 percent to 25 percent of the clinic’s operating budget.
The Free Clinic sees 1,200 to 1,500 patients per year.
