Father’s Day vigil scheduled on Indian Island

INDIAN ISLAND — There will be a Father’s Day poetry vigil from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 16.

The Quaker-style vigil will be held in L.B. Good Memorial County Park, Flagler Road.

According to a press release, the poetry will focus on war and peace, patriotism and profiteers.
