The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in commissioners’ chambers in the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port TownÂsend.
The ordinance suggests that parks fees be raised incrementally over a five-year period to increase annual income from $59,742 to $69,564.
While some usage fees would remain the same others, such as the per-game rental of Memorial Field, would increase $50, from $750 to $800.
The present fee ordinance was adopted in 2006. No increases have been made since 2009.
In its afternoon session, beginning at 1:30 p.m., the commissioners will discuss the allocation of mental health funds.

Port Townsend city
The Port Townsend City Council will consider settling upon a date for a $4.1 million bond measure ballot question and review draft land code amendments related to medical and recreational marijuana when it meets Monday.
The regular meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers in historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
It will be followed by a workshop at 8 p.m. in City Hall, 250 Madison St.
The bond resolution before the council would not formally set an election date, but instead would direct that an election resolution be prepared.
The council will be asked to choose to place the measure on the ballot for the Nov. 5 general election or the Feb. 10 special election.
If voters approve it, the issuance of general obligation bonds would fund repairs to Mountain View Commons.
The new costs to taxpayers would be about $1.8 million through a property tax increase of no more than 13 cents on $1,000 of valuation for 15 years.
The rest of the money would be repaid over 15 years through a combination of utility savings, grants and revenue from the Proposition 1 sales tax increase voters approved in 2010.
The council also will consider during the regular meeting:
■  A $50,0000 contract with Shold Excavating, Inc., of Port Hadlock for sewer mainlines work.
■  The purchase of $1,627,572 in microfiltration equipment for the LT2 Water Treatment Facility to Evoqua Water Technologies of Alpharetta, Ga.
■  An interim ordinance for the Howard/Rainier Street corridor while refinements and revisions are made to existing zoning.
Possible land code amendments will be discussed at the workshop. The matter will come before the council for public hearing and possible first reading of an ordinance on July 14,
Council office hours, during which members of the public can discuss any topic with a member of the City Council, take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday in the mayor’s office at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.
