The three Jefferson County commissioners will consider adopting a population forecast and allocation plan when they meet Monday.

■ Considering approval of a license and use agreement with JeffCom for office space at the Jefferson County jail annex in Port Hadlock. The agreement would be for 2016-18. The amount for 2016 would be $42,266. Subsequent years will be adjusted by the Consumer Price Index.

■   A $6,850 contract with Able Opportunities Inc. of Silverdale for services to the Jefferson County Public Health Department. Funding is provided by the state.

■   A $8,430 contract with SCJ Alliance of Lacey for civil engineering services and a $18,000 landscaping contract with Fischer Bouma Partnership of Bainbridge Island for the Quilcene Complete Street Project. A state grant funds the contract.

■ An agreement, funded by $11,620 in grants, with the North Olympic Salmon Coalition for a Washington Conservation Corps crew for 14 days.
