PORT ANGELES — The center turn lane of South Lincoln Street between Fourth and Fifth streets will be closed from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Wednesday through Friday for an unscheduled emergency sanitary sewer main repair, Port Angeles city officials said.
No utilities are expected to be impacted during the three-day repair.
In addition to the center turn lane closure, the east end of the alley between Fourth and Fifth streets between Lincoln and Laurel streets behind the Port Angeles Safeway will be closed.
“Please use caution driving past the work zones, and observe the traffic control warnings,” city officials said in a Tuesday announcement.
“You can expect noise typical of generators and heavy equipment.”
