BRINNON — The Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group will discuss its work in the lower Duckabush River on Friday, March 24.
The community open house will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Brinnon Community Center, 306144 U.S. Highway 101.
Throughout the past year, the group has worked with those who live along and use the Duckabush River to gather information on natural resources, learn more about concerns, and hear ideas for the future.
Staff will be available to talk about the work so far, including results from a community survey and next steps in restoring the Duckabush River estuary.
