DISCOVERY BAY — A 79-year-old Sequim women injured in a head-on crash was upgraded to satisfactory condition Thursday as investigators continued looking into the collision that killed a Marysville woman.
Irene Bogh of Fircrest Drive suffered chest injuries in the crash Wednesday on U.S. Highway 101. She was upgraded from critical condition Thursday morning following surgery at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, hospital spokeswoman Susan Gregg-Hanson said. William Bogh, 82, of Fircrest Drive, Sequim, remains in critical condition with head and chest injuries.
Sylvia F. Rogers, 83, of Marysville, was killed in the crash.
She was a passenger in an eastbound 1990 Ford Tempo driven by her daughter, Roberta R. Keltner, 48, of Monroe, La.
Keltner suffered a broken leg and remained in satisfactory condition Thursday at Harborview, Gregg-Hanson said.
