Community Christmas meals planned today in Port Townsend, Forks

Free holiday meals are planned on the North Olympic Peninsula on Christmas Day.

In Port Townsend, The Boiler Room will serve a small meal at 3 p.m.

Ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad and maybe a side vegetable will be served for free at 711 Water St.

In Forks, all are welcome at Forks Community Center to the “Feeding 5,000: Christmas Dinner” from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The community center is at 91 Maple Ave.
