Bookstore to offer peek at its wares
SEQUIM — Hart’s Fine Books, 161 E. Washington St., will hold a preview open house during Sequim Art Walk from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday (Nov. 1).
“As our book elves are feverishly working behind the scenes to get over 20,000 out-of-print and antique books into inventory and onto the shelves, call us crazy, but we’re opening our doors during Art Walk on Nov. 1 for a little preview,” owner Rosalind Reichner said.
The public is welcome to stop in to meet the Reichners and check out their collection of books dating back to the 18th century.
The book store is home to some rare and out-of-print books with plenty of reader copies too, so something for everyone.
Visitors will also find magazines from the 1940s, ’50s and ’60s and newspapers from various eras.
