CARLSBORG — Clallam County Fire District No. 3 firefighters extinguished a small brush fire Thursday.
The fire at 201 Childers Lane, west of Sequim, was reported at 3:13 p.m. It was declared out at about 3:45 p.m.
No one was harmed.
The fire spread about 200 yards from the home’s backyard into a nearby field, avoiding a large brush pile.
The cause of the fire hasn’t been determined and remains under investigation.
