Bloodworks Northwest to hold memorial drive at Port Angeles Library on April 6

PORT ANGELES — Bloodworks Northwest will hold a memorial blood drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The inaugural Betty White Memorial Blood drive will be held at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.

The blood drive is being held in memory of Port Angeles resident Betty Carma White, who died Jan. 12.

White was a long-time supporter of Bloodworks Northwest.

There also will be a celebration of life at 3 p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 120 W. Eighth St.
