AGNEW — A tenant using a shared restroom at a Heuhslein Road address last week discovered a small video camera imbedded in the wall near the toilet.
His keen eye led to the discovery of two more cameras built into the toilet and sink of another bathroom at the property, and the landlord is now facing voyeurism charges in Clallam County Superior Court.
Lonnie Lee Boyd, 57, of 153 Heuhslein Road, was charged Friday with two counts of felony voyeurism for allegedly filming people where they would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, according to court papers.
Boyd was released Friday on $1,000 bail and is scheduled for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. this Friday in Superior Court.
