SEQUIM — Nicolina Miller will present “BE WELL — Wellness is Within Your Reach” at 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Miller will speak at the WOW! Working on Wellness Radio Forum series, broadcast on KSQM radio, 91.5 FM.

Miller will discuss the four pillars of wellness: mind, body, spirit and community.

Miller is the executive director of the Olympic Peninsula Healthy Community Coalition.

The wellness lecture series is sponsored by the Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic.
