SEQUIM — Sequim Sunrise Rotary has raised $25,000 for ShelterBox relief in Ukraine.
The club also raised more than $23,000 to support its local service projects and scholarships.
ShelterBox, a Rotary project partner in disaster relief, delivers materials for building shelters in disaster areas that are customized to the county, climate and type of crisis.
ShelterBox response teams began to assess the situation in Ukraine, Poland and Moldavia within a week of the invasion.
