SEQUIM — The city of Sequim is now accepting applications for musical performers to participate in the 2020 Sequim Sunshine Festival, set for March 6-7.
Venues will include indoor and outdoor locations. Some locations will have power; others will not. Performers of all genres are encouraged to apply.

Art installation
The City Arts Advisory Commission is seeking volunteers — individuals or groups — from art and technology sectors to help create and/or display temporary installations using light as the medium.
The temporary installations will be part of the premiere Sunshine Festival in March; installations will take place March 3-5.
Art pieces may vary in size and include projection art, 3D sculptures, glowing performance art and augmented reality art.
Existing and new installations and projects will be considered.
Those interested in volunteering for the project are asked to email information to arts coordinator Cyndi Hueth at chueth@sequimwa.gov no later than Oct. 25.
For more information, call 360-582-2477.
