Sequim gospel concert slated

SEQUIM — Lasana Kanneh will perform at 10 a.m. Sunday

The gospel vocalist will sing during a service at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave.

The service also will stream at www.sequim tumc.org.

Kanneh, who lives in Vancouver, Wash., was born blind and in poverty in Liberia.

His music illuminates the obstacles he has faced and how resilience and faith has helped him confront them.
