Knowledge bowl 1A winner announced

Port Townsend High School’s Knowledge Bowl team recently won first place in the state’s Division 1A Knowledge Bowl competition in Wenatchee. The team defeated Cascade High School of Leavenworth, last year’s champions, in the final round to win the title. “That last round was close, but we’d been playing so well all day, it really felt like it was our year to win,” said team member Maeve Kenney.
