FAITH BRIEFS: Unity guest speaker set for weekend … and other items

PORT ANGELES — The Rev. Eva McGinnis will present “Joy of Spring” at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

McGinnis will be the guest speaker at Unity in the Olympics, 2917 E. Myrtle Ave.

Sunday service begins at 10 a.m.

New organ

SEQUIM — Sandy Rawson will be the featured performer at 2 p.m. Sunday.

The concert will be held in Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave.

Rawson will be playing the church’s new Allen Organ, which she donated.

She will perform “The Lark Ascending” by Ralph Vaughan Williams, arranged for violin and organ with her husband, concert violinist Alan Rawson.

Trinity organist Pauline Olsen and pianist Donna Grubbs will also perform.

The public is invited to attend this free concert.
