PORT TOWNSEND — East Jefferson Fire Rescue will test for volunteers and volunteer intern firefighters at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 7.
Testing will be conducted at Fire Station 1-5, 35 Critter Lane.
Testing includes a written exam and interviews; passing candidates will be scheduled for a department-specific physical agility test during the week of June 14.
A practice session for the physical agility test will be available after the completion of the written exam.
No prior fire service experience is required. The department will provide all necessary training.
Applications are posted at www.ejfr.org/personnel/volunteer, and must be completed and emailed to [email protected] not later than 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 31.
