Dharma teaching planned at Peninsula locations

Bodhi Lama Zangshod will present “How to Knowingly Practice The Four Noble Truths of The Enlightened” at several North Olympic Peninsula locations this week.

Zangshod will teach at from 12:30 p.m to 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Raymond Carver Room at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St., Port Angeles.

He will present a second session from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Rosewind Common House, 3131 Haines St., Port Townsend.

A third session will be presented from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at Scandia Hall, 131 W. Fifth St., Port Angeles.

The suggested donation for each session is $20 per person.

The Four Noble Truths, which form the core of Buddhism, are dukkha, suffering; samuday, the cause of suffering; nirodha, the end of suffering; and magga, the path that leads to the end of suffering.
