I am writing to urge Peninsula Daily News readers to join me in voting for Brian King as our next sheriff of Clallam County.
I have had the privilege of working closely with Chief Criminal Deputy King over the past couple of years.
I have personally observed Brian King exercise effective persuasive leadership, intelligence and patience in solving the type of complex problems that are increasingly confronting modern law enforcement professionals.
He performs his executive law enforcement duties efficiently and always with complete integrity.
Brian King is a highly experienced law enforcement professional that has dedicated over twenty-five years of his career to protecting the lives and property of Clallam County’s citizens.
As a former mayor of a Washington city, I am familiar with the fiscal, personnel, and daily practical challenges successful elected officials must face.
I firmly believe Brian King is well equipped with the right experience, temperament, and intellectual capacity to successfully meet and overcome the challenges our next sheriff will face.
Brian King is simply the best qualified and I believe the most dedicated candidate we can elect as our next county sheriff.
