Since the start of the 21st century, many tragic events have happened under Republican leadership.
In 2001, the horrific attack of 9/11 on the World Trade Center. and the start of the war in Afghanistan which became our longest lasting war.
In 2003, the unnecessary war in Iraq where the GOP never found those weapons of mass destruction.
In 2005, the botched handling of Hurricane Katrina where again the Republicans missed the mark.
In 2007, the start of the Great Recession which caused many Americans to suffer economically.
In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic where way too many Americans have died unnecessarily because of poor leadership at the national level.
There is still no plan coming from the White House
Because of inept leadership dealing with the pandemic, we have a devastating loss of jobs with double digit unemployment.
Also in 2020, the Black Lives Matter protests leading to the greatest civil unrest since 1968.
