A letter writer on July 5 says that a government mandate to wear masks is just another conspiracy to strip him of his constitutional rights.
Sweden, Italy, Australia, England and most of, if not all, of the world are recommending masks.
It is indeed a vast conspiracy.
P.S. Are the over 500,000 dead in on it, too?
