LETTER: Nichols costs the taxpayers in Clallam

Mark Nichols cost taxpayers $1.6 million as a defendant in an age discrimination case that alleged he treated older women in the prosecutor’s office in a hostile, demeaning and condescending manner (PDN, May 21, 2012).

Mark Nichols cost the taxpayers more than $500,000 as a defendant in a case that alleged he “repeatedly and wrongfully withheld relevant public records for many years” (Barkhuis.com, “About my calling Nichols a rat”).

Mark Nichols is currently a defendant in a pending case that alleges he sexually harassed his office manager repeatedly for his first two years in elected office (PDN, July 19, 2018).

Under Mark Nichols, the budget of the prosecutor’s office has increased by $1 million with 10 new staff.
