A question to those who can’t or won’t hear the overwhelming evidence that [President Donald] Trump has and will violate the tenets of the Constitution, and stand with him anyway:
If all that has been presented by career nonpartisan federal employees and other witnesses was aimed at [former President Barrack] Obama instead of Trump, would you have your same negative opinion about the current impeachment process?
If your answer is no, impeach Obama, then you are acting not as a patriot, but instead as part of a tribal mob.
Willfully closing your senses to the very real threats that Trump’s actions pose and disregarding the dire impacts that the president’s actions will have on our republic is irresponsible.
Blind avoidance of the facts so clearly laid out by Congress and legal scholars makes you an accomplice to his wrongdoing.
If you don’t push back on Trump’s ongoing enlistment of foreign governments to influence our elections, you and I will eventually suffer the same fate as those who live under totalitarian regimes elsewhere.
Be wary of lies constantly told becoming your facts.
