I have known the two candidates for Clallam County District Judge, Suzanne Hayden and Dave Neupert, for many years.
I know Suzanne socially, personally, though only through our contacts in church, artistic events and various sightings over the years with her kids.
She has always been kind, intelligent and thoughtful.
When she speaks of local or world events, it is through the lens of an optimistic, generous mind.
She thinks before she speaks and listens more than she speaks.
Mr. Neupert I know professionally.
He is not qualified, by temperament, experience, or character to sit in judgement over anyone.
