President Trump lowered personal income taxes, brought our corporate tax rate, previously the highest in the developed world, way down, and his administration is ahead of where it promised to be on deregulation.
As a result, unemployment is at record lows.
He is rebuilding our military, which had been reduced to a sad state under the Obama administration.
He placed two outstanding justices on the Supreme Court who will follow the Constitution and protect our property, Second Amendment and other rights against government overreach for decades to come.
He abolished the Obamacare individual mandate and tried hard to get the entire law repealed.
He stands unabashedly for the proposition that that the United States is a force for good and does not need to apologize for its power and affluence.
He has made it clear that he will put America first, as an American president should.
Those suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome may not approve of the things Trump promised when running for office.
They may detest the man and what he stands for so much that they are blinded to his real achievements.
But he is delivering what he promised.
And what do Democrats have to offer?
Civility?
Rep. Rashida Tlaib wants to “impeach the motherf*****”, referring to President Trump.
Sound policy?
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants to raise income taxes to 70 percent and completely eliminate the use of fossil fuels in 12 years.
Democrats will have to do better than this in 2020 to attract moderate, independent voters.
