I read with dismay the issue of the mobile home owners in Forks being forced out.
I looked up Bill 1904 that the author discussed, that would have slowed the rent increases.
The Democrats wanted to pass it but the Republicans and the real estate industry did not support it.
It died in committee due to lack of public support.
