Weekly free outdoor concerts presented across Peninsula

Free outdoor summer concerts will continue on the North Olympic Peninsula next week.

The Fabulous Murphtones will perform from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the James Center for the Performing Arts bandshell at Carrie Blake Park, 500 N. Blake Ave., Sequim.

The Nasty Habits will perform ’80s rock and dance music from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at City Pier stage, 315 N. Lincoln St., Port Angeles; rain will bring the show under the Gateway pavilion at Front and Lincoln streets.

Sweater Weather String Band will perform honky-tonk, Celtic and indie rock from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Pope Marine Park, Water Street at Madison Street in Port Townsend. The concert will be canceled in the event of rain.

Guests are welcome to bring chairs and blankets as well as picnics.
