Walk-About garden tour scheduled

SEQUIM — The Clallam County Master Gardeners will host a Walk-About garden tour at 10 a.m. Thursday.

The free tour at the Woodcock Demonstration Gardens, 2711 Woodcock Road is the last one for 2022.

This month features a tour of the Espalier Orchard Garden which features 21 varieties of apples, four different types of pears, two varieties of peaches and three different varieties of cherry trees.

Participants are encouraged to bring a bagged lunch and enjoy a meal in the pavilion or under a tree after the tour.

The 2.74-acre demonstration gardens are open daily.
