Singers can audition for the Port Angeles Symphony Orchestra on Tuesday

Chorus auditions

PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles Symphony Orchestra will audition singers for its chorus from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The auditions will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 Lopez Ave.

The orchestra is planning to perform the choral piece “Flos Campi” by English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams on May 4.

Rehearsals for the spring concert will begin in early April.

Singers will be asked to perform a patriotic song of their choice, a capella, and to do some sight reading for their audition.

Interested artists should call the orchestra’s office at 360-457-5579 to sign up.
