PORT TOWNSEND — Neo-folk musician Mariee Siou will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Palindrome at Eaglemount Wine and Cider, 1893 S. Jacob Miller Road, Port Townsend.

Siou’s 2007 debut, “Faces in the Rocks,” is considered a classic in the indie music scene.
Siou grew up on a small farm near the Yuba River in the Sierra Nevada foothills. They have toured Europe and the United States and opened for artists such as Mazzy Star, Buffy St. Marie, Bert Jansch, Brightblack Morning Light, Bonnie “Prince” Billy and Joanna Newsom.
Wolfchild, as Seattle-based cinematic folk rock duo, will open for Siou.
