Musical show to benefit women’s chorus, scholarships

The Grand Olympics Chorus will present Harvest of Harmony, two concerts to raise money for scholarships and to support the chorus’ local pro bono performances.

On Saturday, the group will be at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave. in Sequim.

Sunday’s event will be at First Presbyterian Church, 139 E. Eighth St. in Port Angeles.

On both days, doors will open at 2 p.m. and music will start at 2:30 p.m.

A 50/50 raffle, silent auctions, light refreshments and guest performers are planned.

Olympic Theatre Arts student actors will perform at the Sequim show and Bella Voce, the Port Angeles High School women’s chorus, will perform Sunday.

Tickets are $15 in advance or at the door.

They are available at Over the Fence, 112 E. Washington St. in Sequim; and Port Books & News, 104 E. First St. in Port Angeles, or online at brownpapertickets.com.
