PORT TOWNSEND — The world premiere of “Mercy Falls,” the comedy shaped during the Port Townsend PlayFest last year, continues this week at Key City Public Theatre, 419 Washington St.
In this sendup of all things inspirational and Christmasy, Consuelo Aduviso Brennan, Michelle Hensel, Jennifer True, Maggie Jo Bulkley and Tomoki Sage portray characters ranging from a self-help author to a goateed nun. Playwright Jeni Mahoney, a member of the Indie Theater Hall of Fame, chose Port Townsend for “Mercy’s” debut.
