SEQUIM — The Sequim Library will host Summer Jazz at 6 tonight with pianist Ted Brancato on its outdoor stage behind the facility.
In the event of rain or inclement weather, the free concert will be held indoors at the library, 630 N. Sequim Ave.
Brancato is a musician with four decades of experience in the music business.
Since his early days growing up in Seattle, Brancato has been performing, composing, arranging and recording music.
He has performed and recorded with Houston Person, Ron Carter, Christian McBride, Milt Jackson, Ernestine Anderson and Paquito D’Rivera.
“I am an unabashed fan of melody, as I think you’ll hear upon listening to any song on my albums,” he said.
“I also love music that moves you, either emotionally or physically, or ideally, both. It is my hope that you will find songs here that move you.”
This program is supported by the Friends of Sequim Library.
