PORT TOWNSEND — AmeriCorps service member Anna Marchand will present two free workshops at Fort Worden State Park, 200 Battery Way, today.
Marchand will discuss the natural history of the park and the basics of illustration from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The presentation is appropriate for all ages and skill levels.
She will also lead a native plant walk from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Participants will learn about the 10 most common plants that are native to the park.
