Free business tax webinar slated

OLYMPIA — The state Department of Revenue will host a free live webinar for new and small business owners from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17.

The webinar will cover Washington excise taxes, reporting classifications, deductions, sales tax collection and record-keeping requirements.

The webinar facilitator will answer specific questions related to attendees’ businesses.

Business owners must register by sending an email to dorwebinar@dor.wa.gov with the following: Your name, company name, telephone number and email address.

Continuing education credit is available for this course.
