EYE ON BUSINESS: This week’s meetings

Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly networking breakfasts are held at 7:30 a.m. on the first and third Thursdays of the month at the Black Bear Diner, 1271 E. Washington St., Sequim.

Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings with networking and educational programs are held Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive (off U.S. Highway 101) in east Port Angeles.

This week’s meeting will feature a report by Clallam County Commissioner Mark Ozias about Olympic View Community Foundation — of which he is president.

Ozias’ presentation will focus on how the foundation has helped build and strengthen relationships between area governments and nonprofits, as well as helping individuals and area businesses better understand how they can engage in the community in a meaningful and impactful way.

There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those at the PABA meeting who do not order breakfast.
